What "seven-star" actually means

It is an easy phrase to put on a website. Here is what we mean by it in practice.

Punctuality is a system, not a promise

Anyone can promise to be on time. We track your flight from the moment it departs, we hold vehicles rather than dispatching them elsewhere, and we base ourselves four minutes from the terminal so that holding a vehicle costs us very little. Being on time is designed in, not hoped for.

Personalised service means we remember

Regular clients don't re-explain themselves. We keep vehicle preferences, child seat requirements, usual addresses and billing arrangements on file. For a corporate account, a booking is a flight number in an email.

Comfort, safety and style, in that order

The style is real — these are premium vehicles and they are presented properly. But comfort and safety come first. Vehicles are serviced on manufacturer schedules and inspected between jobs. Chauffeurs are accredited, background-checked and uniformed. Child restraints are fitted and checked before the vehicle leaves.

A fixed fare is a form of respect

A meter transfers all the risk of traffic, delays and bad luck onto the passenger. A fixed fare puts it on us, where it belongs. You are quoted a price, and that is the price — whether the run takes fifteen minutes or fifty.

Our chauffeurs

Our chauffeurs are the service. They are accredited and background-checked, they are local, and they know the things that matter: which approach to Adelaide Oval is open on a match night, where the Hills driveways actually are, which cellar doors reward a longer stop, and when to make conversation and when to leave you alone.

Beyond the airport

Airport transfers are the majority of our work, but the same fleet and chauffeurs handle corporate travel, weddings, winery tours, cruise transfers, events and medical appointments across Adelaide and South Australia.
