Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-06

Please review before publishing. These terms are a general template. The cancellation window, waiting-time allowance and payment terms below are placeholders reflecting common industry practice — replace them with your actual policy, and have the document reviewed before you rely on it.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to transport services provided by Seven Star Passenger Service trading as Go Airport ("we", "us"). By making a booking you agree to them.

2. Bookings and quotes

A booking is confirmed only when we have confirmed it to you in writing. Quoted fares are based on the information you provide — particularly passenger numbers, luggage volume, addresses and timing. If the actual requirement differs materially from what was quoted, the fare may be adjusted, and we will tell you before the journey wherever possible.

3. Fares

Fares are fixed and quoted in advance in Australian dollars. A quoted fare includes the journey described, the chauffeur, luggage handling, meet & greet at the airport, flight tracking and child restraints where requested. Additional stops, extended waiting time, route changes requested on the day, and tolls or parking incurred outside the quoted journey may be charged in addition.

4. Waiting time

For airport pickups we include a complimentary waiting allowance after your flight lands, and we track your flight so delays are accommodated automatically. Waiting beyond the included allowance may be charged at our standard hourly rate. For non-airport pickups, a shorter complimentary waiting period applies from the booked pickup time.

5. Cancellations and changes

We ask for as much notice as possible. Cancellations made well in advance are not charged; cancellations close to the booked time, and no-shows, may incur a charge up to the full fare, because the vehicle and chauffeur have been held for you. Changes to a booking are accommodated wherever we can. Cancellations arising from flight cancellations are not charged.

6. Passenger and luggage limits

Every vehicle has stated passenger and luggage capacities, which exist for safety and legal reasons and cannot be exceeded. If a group or its luggage exceeds the booked vehicle's capacity, we may need to supply an additional or larger vehicle at additional cost, or may be unable to carry all passengers.

7. Conduct in the vehicle

Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any vehicle. Passengers must wear seatbelts and comply with the chauffeur's reasonable directions. We may refuse or end a journey where a passenger's behaviour is unsafe, unlawful or abusive, and no refund is payable in that case. Any damage or soiling caused by a passenger may be charged.

8. Delays and events outside our control

We plan generous buffers and track flights, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, mechanical failure, or any other event outside our reasonable control. Where a delay is caused by us, we will work with you to put it right.

9. Lost property

Items left in a vehicle are held securely and returned wherever possible. We are not responsible for property left behind, and a delivery charge may apply for returning items.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with a booking is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the fare paid.

11. Insurance and accreditation

We hold the insurance and operator accreditation required to provide passenger transport services in South Australia. Details are available on request.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
