A transfer service built around the airport, not bolted onto one

Most chauffeur companies treat the airport as one job type among many. We built Go Airport the other way around: it is the dedicated Adelaide Airport transfer arm of Seven Star Passenger Service, operating from Airport Road at Brooklyn Park — a four-minute drive from Terminal 1.

That matters more than it sounds. When a flight lands ninety minutes late at 11pm, a service dispatching from the eastern suburbs has a problem. We do not. The vehicle waits, the fare does not change, and the chauffeur is still standing in arrivals when you walk out.

What every airport transfer includes

• Live flight tracking — we monitor your inbound flight from the moment it departs and shift the pickup automatically for delays, early arrivals and diversions.
• Meet & greet in arrivals — your chauffeur waits inside T1 with a name board and takes the luggage from there. Prefer kerbside? Say so and we'll meet you at the pick-up zone instead.
• A fixed fare, quoted first — agreed in writing before you travel. No meter, no surge, no waiting-time charges appearing at the end.
• Complimentary waiting time — a reasonable buffer is built into every airport booking, because bags take as long as they take.
• Child restraints at no charge — baby capsules, child seats and boosters, fitted before we leave.
• Luggage handled — loaded, carried and taken to the door. Not left on the kerb.

Arrivals: where to find your chauffeur

Adelaide Airport runs a single integrated terminal, so there is only one place to be. Domestic arrivals — your chauffeur waits near the baggage claim area with a name board. International arrivals — they wait just outside the customs exit doors. We send you the chauffeur's name and mobile number before you land, so if anything is unclear you can call them directly.

Departures: when we'll collect you

We plan departures backwards from the flight. The general rule is 90 minutes at the airport before a domestic departure and three hours before an international one, plus the drive time from your address. From the CBD that usually means a pickup around two hours before a domestic flight; from the Barossa or Victor Harbor, closer to three and a half. We'll propose a time when you book, and we always build in a buffer.

Every Adelaide address, and well beyond

Metropolitan Adelaide is straightforward — the CBD, North Adelaide, Glenelg, Henley Beach, the eastern and northern suburbs, Port Adelaide, the southern suburbs. But a large share of our airport work runs further out: the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, the Adelaide Hills, the Clare Valley, Victor Harbor and Cape Jervis for the Kangaroo Island ferry.

How we compare to the alternatives

A taxi is fine when there is no queue and no traffic — but the fare is a meter, the wait is unpredictable when several flights land together, and nobody is tracking whether your plane is late. Rideshare means walking to a designated zone with your luggage, then hoping the allocated driver doesn't cancel; pricing rises exactly when demand does. A shared shuttle is cheap but waits until it is full and then visits several addresses before yours. Long-term parking adds up quickly on a two-week trip and still leaves you driving after a red-eye.

A pre-booked chauffeur transfer costs more than the cheapest of those and less than most people assume — and it is the only one where a delayed flight is somebody else's problem.
