Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-09-06

Please review before publishing. This policy is a general-purpose template covering standard practice for an Australian passenger transport business. Have it checked against your actual data handling and against the Australian Privacy Principles before you rely on it.

Who we are

This website is operated by Seven Star Passenger Service trading as Go Airport, of Unit 2/28-30 Airport Rd, Brooklyn Park SA 5032, Australia. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Seven Star Passenger Service.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide a transfer service and to respond to enquiries. That typically includes:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Pickup and drop-off addresses
  • Flight numbers and travel dates and times
  • Passenger and luggage counts, and any child restraint requirements
  • Any accessibility or special requirements you choose to tell us about
  • Billing details where an account or invoice is involved

We may also collect standard technical information when you visit this website, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.

How we use it

We use your information to quote and provide the transfer you have asked for, to contact you about your booking, to track your flight and adjust the pickup, to issue invoices and process payment, and to keep records we are required to keep. If you are an account client, we use it to prepare consolidated invoicing.

Who we share it with

We share your details with the chauffeur assigned to your booking, because they need to know where to collect you and what name to put on the board. We may share information with payment processors, accounting providers and, where required, with law enforcement or regulators. We do not sell your personal information.

When you submit an enquiry through this website, the details are transmitted to our booking inboxes using Resend, an email delivery provider acting as our processor. They transmit the message and do not use your information for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and billing records for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes, and then dispose of them securely.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site — which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located, and which device they used. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this.

We use this only to improve the website. The data is aggregated and we do not use it to identify individual visitors. Google processes it as our data processor; see Google's Privacy Policy for how they handle it.

You can opt out at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, by blocking cookies in your browser settings, or by using your browser's "Do Not Track" setting. Blocking these cookies does not affect your ability to browse the site or make a booking.

Beyond analytics, this website uses only what is necessary for the site to function. We do not run advertising or remarketing tags. If that changes, this policy will be updated before they are used.

Your rights

You may ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us at admin7@sevenstarpassengerservice.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first at admin7@sevenstarpassengerservice.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
