The maths that catches families out

Two adults, three children, a pram and four suitcases do not fit in a sedan. They frequently do not fit in one taxi either, which is how families end up splitting across two vehicles at 11pm with children in one car and luggage in another.

A pre-booked family transfer solves it before you land. We ask how many passengers and how many bags, and then we send a vehicle that actually fits all of it — usually a Kia Carnival, a V-Class or a Sprinter.

Child seats, fitted before we leave

Baby capsules, forward-facing child seats and booster seats are provided at no extra charge. Tell us the ages of the children when you book and the correct restraints are installed and checked before the vehicle leaves the depot — not fumbled with in the pickup zone while you hold a sleeping toddler.

Groups arriving together

Wedding parties, sports teams, tour groups, extended families and conference delegations all share the same problem: a lot of people landing at once, sometimes on different flights. We solve it either by staging multiple vehicles or by holding one larger vehicle until the last flight arrives. Send us the flight numbers and we'll tell you which works out better.

• Mercedes-Benz V-Class — 7 seats in individual leather chairs, for families who want the premium option.
• Mercedes-Benz Sprinter — 10 seats with a dedicated luggage area.
• Renault Minibus — 10 seats, practical for multi-stop drops.
• Yutong Coach — 20 seats for full group arrivals.

One fare, split however you like

Group transfers are quoted as a single fixed fare for the vehicle, not per head. For a group of seven that almost always works out cheaper than multiple taxis — and everybody arrives at the same time, at the same door.
